Does this store my schedule?

      
No. The board is built in this page and is gone when you close it. Print it or copy it if you want to keep it. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account.


      
What should each line look like?

      
One job per line, with fields separated by a pipe character: time, client, address, then any notes. Anything after the last pipe is treated as notes, so there is no fixed limit on what you can add.


      
Can I schedule recurring jobs?

      
Not automatically. The board covers one day at a time, so a recurring round means keeping your standard list somewhere and pasting it in each morning.


      
How do I handle several crews or walkers?

      
Build one board per crew and print each. Put the crew or person's name in the line if a single sheet has to cover everyone.


      
What about travel time between jobs?

      
Build it into the times you enter. A schedule that assumes no travel between addresses is a schedule that runs late by mid-morning.
